You can pick up the gift card at the reception (Grand Hotel Karel V, Geertebolwerk 1, Utrecht). The gift card is ready for you at the reception within 24 hours. You can pay the amount and take the gift card directly with you. So you’ll have a fantastic gift within a short time.

SEND BY POST

You can also choose to send the gift certificate by mail. However, this will take more time. To make this possible, we must receive the amount for the gift certificate first. You will be informed about the payment by e-mail after you have submitted the form. How quickly the payment reaches us depends on the bank. When the payment has been received, the gift voucher will be made and posted as soon as possible. We can not guarantee delivery time, this depends on the postal company. Shipping costs for the gift card are €5.
